I have been actively involved in the game of rugby for over 54 years and played in every age group at Grammar School and played 1st XV rugby at school for 3 years.

My senior playing career was halted when I sustained a spinal injury at London Irish upon my return to England.

I also served on the Executive Committee of Hampshire RFU as Clubs rep.  I introduced a wide and far reaching feedback loop for the Hampshire clubs that helped the decision making process for club support from the CB.

I have held coaching roles across junior and senior rugby as well as being DOR at two clubs and I managed to lead one club to two consecutive Hampshire Plate titles and was honoured with the Ebbs Memorial Trophy in 2016 for Hampshire Senior Coach of the Year.
