Football has always been central to my work, both in developing young players and supporting pathways into the professional game. As Assistant Head of Foundation at Swindon Town Community Foundation and ETC Centre Manager, I work closely with young athletes across multiple age groups, helping them grow both on and off the pitch. Managing programmes from U11 Elite through to U12 Advanced and Elite levels, I’m passionate about creating positive, safe environments where young players can develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game.
