I’ve always been a rugby and football fanatic. I grew up playing for Cowbridge RFC, represented Wales Schools of Excellence in football, and when I moved to London I found a new home at London Welsh. I’m also a proud Wales supporter. Sport has always been a major part of my life — and these days you’ll most often find me on a bike or coaching girls’ football as an FA‑qualified coach.

I first came across Head for Change through a cycling event, and I haven’t looked back since. I’ve taken part in Head for Lyon, which was an unforgettable experience, Head for Twickenham, and most recently the 828 24‑hour cycle challenge.

I support Head for Change because I believe we all need to be better informed about brain health in sport. Being part of the solution feels essential. The charity’s work to raise awareness of brain injury risks in contact sports and protect players is vital — helping ensure the games we love continue to thrive safely for generations to come.
