Fin Macfie – Head for Change Community Hero

When I first heard Alix Popham speak about Head for Change, it really struck a chord with me. It became clear just how important brain health is, especially in sports.

I’m part of the Interact Group at The Bishop’s Stortford High School, where we raise money and awareness for different charities. After learning about Head for Change, I knew I wanted to get involved and help spread the word. I want more people to understand just how important brain health is, especially for young athletes like myself.

As a Young Ambassador for Head for Change, I hope to be able to help support ex-players affected by fundraising and raising awareness as well as helping to provide a safer experience for young people and to show more people just how important brain health is, because together, we can make a positive difference.
