I support Head for Change because it plays a vital role in protecting athletes and raising awareness of brain health in sport.

I am proud to support the charity’s mission to drive positive change through education, awareness, and support for those affected by neurodegenerative conditions.

I first became involved with Head For Change and met Alix and Mel in 2023 on a cycling event and was really impressed by their mission and what they are trying to do with Head for Change.

I’ve taken part in Head for Lyon, Head for Twickenham the Tom Morris ride, and most recently the 828 cycle challenge, and can’t wait to join them more in the future.

As a parent of a son who is a keen footballer and rugby player, and as a former junior rugby coach, this cause is especially important to me. I believe it is essential that coaches, players, and parents are better educated about the risks of brain injury, and crucially, what can be done to reduce those risks and their impact.

Head for Change is helping to ensure that sport can remain something positive and enjoyable, while also being safer for future generations.
