Syl Brett is swimming the equivalent of the English Channel for Head for Change

This autumn, Syl Brett is taking on a personal challenge to raise money for Head for Change, swimming the equivalent of the English Channel.
Syl is doing this in memory of her lovely Paul, who tragically died by suicide last year. The challenge is her way of honouring his life, finding strength through movement, and transforming grief into something positive.
She plans to start the challenge in October, on Paul’s birthday, and finish on her daughter’s birthday in December.
Every stroke she swims will be a tribute to Paul, and every donation helps Head for Change continue our vital work supporting mental health and wellbeing.
If you’d like to contribute, please follow the link to Syl’s family fundraising page, The Paul Brett Memorial Fund, which will forever raise money for our charity.
