Take on The Big Swim for Head for Change
The Big Swim is moving to late spring/early summer 2027!
We’re moving The Big Swim to the warmer waters of late spring/early summer 2027, when we’ll be bringing the Head for Change community together at Lisvane & Llanishen Reservoirs in Cardiff for an afternoon of open-water swimming.
